Store Policies

Thank you for visiting my store. From time to time I may add things to this page as the need arises. Please feel free to e-mail me if you have additional concerns.

  1. Privacy: I don't share your contact information or address with anyone. Period. If I send out any announcements via e-mail, I will use the "BC" feature so other recipients cannot see your address.
  2. Turnaround: Items featured in the store will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment, unless I am out of town or unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case I will e-mail you.
  3. Shipping: I use both USPS and UPS. If you are unable to receive packages from UPS, please let me know when you purchase your item. I automatically insure breakable items and the cost is included in the shipping price.
  4. Returns: I do accept returns within 10 days. Refunds will be issued upon my receipt of the item. Please note that I cannot refund your cost to ship the item back to me. In the case of a badly broken item, it may be more cost effective for you to file an  insurance claim with the post office or UPS, and feel free to contact me in that situation.
